By accessing or using bangonbangsamoro.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Who we are
This Site is operated by Partido Bangon Bangsamoro ("PBB," "we," "us," or "our"), a regional political party organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and registered to contest elections within the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
3. Using this website
The Site provides information about PBB's platform of government, candidates, events, and ways to get involved with the 2026 Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections campaign. You may browse the Site and use its public features without creating an account. Certain areas (such as the staff dashboard) require sign-in and are restricted to authorized PBB personnel and volunteers.
4. Volunteer sign-up
If you submit your details through our volunteer sign-up form, you're providing that information voluntarily so our volunteer coordination team can contact you. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is stored and used. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing info@bangonbangsamoro.com.
5. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the text, graphics, logos, and platform content on this Site belong to Partido Bangon Bangsamoro or are used with permission. The PBB seal, party name, and campaign slogans may not be reproduced for commercial purposes, to imply endorsement, or in any way that misrepresents the party's positions, without our prior written consent.
You're welcome to share links to this Site and to quote or excerpt its content for news, commentary, or educational purposes, with attribution.
6. Acceptable use
When using this Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false information through the volunteer sign-up form, including impersonating another person;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the staff dashboard or any restricted area of the Site;
- Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the Site or its forms;
- Use the Site to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or otherwise interfere with its normal operation;
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates Philippine election law or COMELEC regulations.
7. Third-party links
This Site links to third-party services, including our Facebook Page and Messenger. We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or their own terms and privacy practices. Interactions on those platforms are governed by that platform's own terms.
8. Disclaimers
This Site and its content are provided "as is." While we try to keep information about our platform, events, and the election schedule accurate and current, we don't guarantee that everything on the Site is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. For official, authoritative information about voter registration, polling places, or election procedures, please consult COMELEC directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partido Bangon Bangsamoro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.
10. Election law compliance
This Site and its content are published and maintained in connection with PBB's campaign for the 2026 Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections and are subject to applicable COMELEC campaign finance and fair-election disclosure rules.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, particularly as the campaign progresses toward the September 14, 2026 election. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
