1. Who we are

Partido Bangon Bangsamoro ("PBB," "we," "us," or "our") is a regional political party contesting the 2026 Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through bangonbangsamoro.com (the "Site"), in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, religious affiliation, or political opinions beyond your voluntary interest in volunteering) through this Site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the campaign without asking you first.

We process your personal information based on your consent (for example, when you voluntarily submit the volunteer form), our legitimate interest in coordinating campaign activities and communicating with supporters, and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations under Philippine election law.
